День рождения The Upstairs в Churchill’s music pub

В пятницу в Черчиле состоялся сборный концерт по случаю Дня рождения группы The Upstairs. И пусть возраст пока совсем скромный (группе исполнился год), выглядит она достаточно уверенно и уже обзавелась своими поклонниками. Сама же Оля Чернова, солистка группы, вполне себе поп-рок дива на взлете.
В концерте, кроме самих именинников, приняли участие донецкие April (инди) и местная Jiving Bo (клубный рок-н-ролл) . Выступление April мы почти не застали, так как опоздали и некоторое время уделили коньяку и общению со знакомыми. Как на мой вкус - интересная группа, но творчество очень неровное - есть очень хорошие песни, есть совсем неинтересные. А от сменивших их на сцене The Upstairs, напротив, осталось очень цельное впечатление. Оля исполнила несколько песен, в том числе одну - дуэтом с Сандро (вокалист Jiving Bo). Другим сюрпризом было захватывающее выступление Галины Воробьевой - фьюжн-танцовщицы. Кроме музыкантов группы Галине аккомпанировал молодой человек с дарбукой. Завершили концерт Jiving Bo, выдавшие такой зажигательный рок, что площадка перед сценой превратилась в танцплощадку. Перейти в галерею

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I'd like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a good article... but what can I say... I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
